1. 30-Day Return Window
We accept returns of unopened, unused, and sealed seed packets within 30 days of delivery. Due to agricultural safety regulations, we cannot accept returns on packets that have been opened, planted, or exposed to moisture.

2. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact our support team at pownmd@outlook.com with your order number and photos of the unopened items. If your return is accepted, we will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

3. Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for paying their own return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service.

4. Damaged or Defective Items
Please inspect your order upon reception. If the seed packets are torn or damaged during transit, or if you receive the wrong seeds, contact us immediately at pownmd@outlook.com. We will gladly send a free replacement or issue a full refund.

5. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be automatically processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
